I currently cover Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth, Balham, Earlsfield and Wimbledon. We'll go exploring all the lovely green spaces and open fields around these areas with my doggy gang, so if you're nearby and think your dog would be a good fit, feel free to drop me a message on WhatsApp and we can have a chat!
Of course! I always think it's important for us to meet before your dog's first day. It's a lovely opportunity for us to get to know each other, for me to learn a little about your dog and their personality, and for them to become familiar with me before joining the gang. I want both you and your dog to feel comfortable and happy before we get started.
Typically, I have a key for each of my doggies' homes, so I can collect them even if their owners aren't in. If you're certain you'll be home for every collection, there's no need for me to have a key. However, if you might be out when I arrive, I'd need a key so I can collect your dog as planned. Whatever works best for you, we'll make sure everything is arranged safely and smoothly for your dog's collection and drop-off.
Absolutely. Your dog's safety and wellbeing are always my priority, and I take my responsibility for looking after them very seriously. I'm insured with Protectivity for my pet care business, so you can feel reassured that your dog is in caring and responsible hands.
Your dog's wellbeing is always my priority, and I'd treat any emergency with the urgency and care it deserves. I'd contact you immediately to let you know what's happened and, if your dog needed urgent or specialised veterinary attention, I'd make sure they got the appropriate care as quickly as possible. I'd keep you informed throughout, so you'd know what was happening every step of the way.
Of course, no problem at all! I understand that every dog has their own routine and individual needs, and I'm happy to help keep things as familiar as possible while they're with me. Just let me know their feeding schedule, any dietary requirements and the details of any medication they need, and we'll make sure everything is taken care of as agreed.
My favourite! I'm always delighted to have a sleepover with the doggies I know and love when their owners are away. It's something I keep on a more personal basis rather than advertise as a regular service, as I only offer overnight stays to dogs who already know me well and feel comfortable staying at my home. That way, they can settle in, feel safe and enjoy a little home-from-home experience with someone familiar while you're away.
Absolutely! My home is their home, so they're welcome to make themselves comfortable on the sofa or bed and have a good old snooze wherever they fancy. If they're trained not to go on the furniture at home, just let me know and I'll happily stick to their usual rules. I want them to feel right at home while they're with me!
The happiness and comfort of every dog in my care is paramount. I can only welcome dogs who are socialised and can feel happy and comfortable as part of a pack, which is why I always like to meet them beforehand. I'm very attentive to how the dogs interact and to each dog's individual personality and boundaries. If I ever felt a dog was uncomfortable or that the group dynamic wasn't working, I'd be happy to help find an alternative solution. It's important to me that every dog enjoys their time with the gang and feels like they're part of the family.
There's nothing quite as lovely as getting to know a puppy and watching their little personality develop! I'm more than happy to welcome puppies into the gang, provided they've had the necessary vaccinations and are ready to join group walks and daycare from a veterinary point of view. In my experience, spending time with older, well-mannered dogs can be a really positive experience for puppies, giving them the opportunity to learn good habits and build their confidence around their new friends. Every puppy is different, though, so I'll always take their age, needs and stage of development into account to make sure they're comfortable and happy.
Absolutely! I'm happy to welcome dogs who haven't been neutered or spayed, as this doesn't necessarily affect how well they get along with the gang. The most important thing is that they're well-socialised, well-behaved and comfortable around other dogs. The only exception is girls in season, who I wouldn't be able to welcome back into the gang until at least 10 days after their bleeding has stopped. This helps keep everyone happy, comfortable and settled during our adventures together.
Absolutely! I've looked after rescue dogs many times and am more than happy to welcome them into the gang. I understand that some rescue dogs may need a little extra patience, sensitivity and time to settle into new surroundings. As long as they're comfortable around other dogs and able to socialise safely as part of a pack, I'm always happy to help them build their confidence and enjoy some lovely adventures with their new furry friends. Every dog is different, so I'll always take the time to get to know them and understand their individual needs.
Rain and mud are inevitable when you're out having adventures with the gang! If rain is forecast, I'll give you a heads-up so you can leave a towel ready by the door and I'll always do my very best to get them home as dry and mud-free as possible!
It's a little different every day, depending on which doggies are joining us and where we're heading for our adventures. I always plan my pick-up rounds to make the route as efficient as possible, keeping car journeys to a minimum so we can get out to our lovely fields and woods and let the gang do what they love most — running around, exploring and having fun with their furry friends!
Not much at all! I'll grab their lead, and we'll be ready to go. The only extra things I'd need are any food, treats or medication if your dog has specific dietary or medical requirements. I'll make sure we're all set before heading off, so your dog can simply enjoy their day out!
I'm super flexible when it comes to cancellations, so please don't worry if something comes up and you need to cancel, even at the last minute. Life happens, and I completely understand! There's no cancellation fee and no fuss — just give me a message on WhatsApp as soon as you can to let me know. 😊
At the end of each week, I'll send you a quick message on WhatsApp with the amount owed for your dog's daycare or walks. You can then pay however suits you best, whether that's by bank transfer, cash or another method we've agreed on. Whatever's easiest for you!
